Driving Directions from Dallas and Points to the West of Deer Lake Cabins:
1. Follow Interstate 30 East
2. Exit #146
3. Turn Right onto TX-37 South
4. Follow 0.9 miles, then turn Left(East) onto FM 21S
5. Follow 0.6 miles, then turn Right(South) on FM 115
6. Follow 3.5 miles, then turn Left onto FM 3122
7. Follow 400 ft, then turn right CR SE 4260
8. Follow CR SE 4260(it becomes Panther Creek Pass) approximately 1.5 miles ft, Ranch Entrance will be on your right following a sharp turn.
9. Welcome to the Double S Ranch, home to Deer Lake Cabins!! Follow the signs through the ranch to the Check-In at the Main Office.
Driving Directions from Texarkana and Points to the East of Deer Lake Cabins:
1. Take Interstate 30 West
2. Exit #147
3. Turn Left(South) onto Holbrook St
4. Follow 0.1 miles then turn right(west) onto I-30 frontage road.
5. Follow 0.4 miles, then turn left onto FM 115
6. Follow 4.8 miles, then turn Left onto FM 3122
7. Follow 400 ft, then turn right CR SE 4260
8. Follow CR SE 4260(it becomes Panther Creek Pass) approximately 1.5 miles ft, Ranch Entrance will be on your right following a sharp turn.
9. Welcome to the Double S Ranch, home to Deer Lake Cabins!! Follow the signs through the ranch to the Check-In at the Main Office.
Driving Directions from Tyler and Points to the South of Deer Lake Cabins:
1. Take US Highway 69 North
2. Continue onto TX 37 North
3. Turn Right onto to FM 3357
4. Follow 5.3 miles, then turn Left(north) onto FM 115
5. Follow 3.9 miles, then turn Right onto FM 3122
6. Follow 400 ft, then turn Right CR SE 4260
7. Follow CR SE 4260(it becomes Panther Creek Pass) approximately 1.5 miles ft, Ranch Entrance will be on your right following a sharp turn.

Driving Directions from Paris and Points to the North of Deer Lake Cabins:
1. Take US 271 South
2. Turn Right onto TX 37 South
3. Follow 23.1 miles, then turn then turn Left(East) onto FM 21S
4. Follow 0.6 miles, then turn Right(South) on FM 115
5. Follow 3.5 miles, then turn Left onto FM 3122
6. Follow 400 ft, then turn right CR SE 4260
7. Follow CR SE 4260(it becomes Panther Creek Pass) approximately 1.5 miles ft, Ranch Entrance will be on your right following a sharp turn.

Check In & Checkout
Standard Check-in time between 3:00 pm & 5:00 pm
Standard Check-out time before 11:00 am.
Please give us a call at 903-960-0181 to make special arrangements regarding Checkin & Checkout times.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are provided on all Deposits when cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits are not refunded if reservation is cancelled with less than 45 days notice prior to arrival.
If reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days notice prior to arrival, you will still be responsible for the reservations full amount.
Occupancy Rules
We follow strict occupancy limits on all of our cabins. Each Cabin has a listed occupancy limit on its description on this website. Any guest 2 years of age and older count towards the cabin occupancy.
